REFUND POLICY

Deposit :

Every project begins with the payment of a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. It confirms your commitment and allows work to begin.

Payment methods :

Payment can be made in two ways:

Deposit followed by the remaining balance upon delivery.
Bank transfer upon receipt of an invoice.

No source files will be delivered before full payment is received.

Cancellation :

In the event of project cancellation by the client after work has begun, the deposit remains with Nexus Design. If work carried out exceeds the deposit amount, an additional invoice may be issued.

Revisions :

Revisions included in the quote are specified at the time of order. Any request outside the agreed scope will be subject to an additional quote.
