These terms apply to all design services provided by Nexus Design to any client, professional or individual, in France or internationally.

Quote & order:

Pricing :

These terms apply to all design services provided by Nexus Design to any client, professional or individual, in France or internationally.

Payment :

Payment can be made:

- By deposit (non-refundable) at the start, balance due upon delivery.

- By bank transfer upon receipt of an invoice.

No source files will be delivered before full payment is received.

Deadlines :

Delivery deadlines are specified in the quote. Any delay caused by the client (late approval, missing information) cannot be attributed to Nexus Design.

Revisions :

The number of included revisions is specified in the quote. Any additional request will be subject to an extra charge.

Intellectual property :

All creations remain the property of Nexus Design until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, usage rights are transferred to the client as defined in the quote.

Cancellation :

In the event of cancellation by the client after work has begun, the deposit remains with Nexus Design. An additional invoice may be issued if work carried out exceeds the deposit amount.

Liability :

Nexus Design commits to delivering services with care and professionalism. Nexus Design cannot be held liable for any improper use of the deliverables by the client.

Governing :

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent court will be that of Nexus Design's place of residence.
